OB Wallet Privacy Policy
Publisher: Metaverse Trading Ltd (United Kingdom)
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This describes what the app actually does. Every sentence corresponds to code in the application's repository, because a privacy policy nobody can check is not a promise, it is advertising. The terms for using the app are in the OB Wallet Terms of Use.
In short
OB Wallet creates no account, asks for no identity, and does not know who you are. No analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifier. What reaches us is set out below, item by item: price questions that are the same for everyone (section 2, no address in them), your Polygon address when you open a Polygon asset (section 1, from version 1.1.1), what you type into the optional Buy screen (section 3), cross-chain swap requests (section 4, passed through our server to the provider), what a Tron transfer needs when you choose the reduced fee (section 6), and, if you pair the wallet with a web panel, what that panel is given (section 7). If you never use these optional features, only the price questions reach us, and the Polygon history question when you open a Polygon asset.
But “no data leaves the device” would be a lie, and this is the document where that lie is not told. To show your balance the app has to ask somebody “what is at this address?” You are the one asking, but there are third parties who hear the question.
What never leaves the device
- Your recovery phrase (12 words). Stored sealed; the key that unseals it is generated inside the phone's secure hardware and never leaves it (iOS: Secure Enclave; Android: Keystore/StrongBox).
- Your private keys. Signing happens on the phone. The signed transaction leaves; the key does not.
- Your unlock code.
- Your name, email and phone number, because they are never asked for.
This does not rest on our good intentions: the app has no address to send them to.
What leaves the device, and to whom
Sections 1 and 5 go straight to the service named, never to us, and that service's own privacy policy applies; the one exception is Polygon history, which passes through our server as set out in section 1. Sections 2, 3 and 6 are ours; section 7 goes to the operator of the panel you pair with. In section 4 most providers are asked directly; cross-chain swaps are passed through our server, as set out there.
1. Balance and history queries
The app asks about the public addresses you hold. Whoever answers sees which addresses, on which chain, at what moment, and your IP address. This is the weakest point in any claim that the app collects nothing, and the code says so itself.
Default providers: publicnode.com, drpc.org, Blockscout, the Etherscan family (Etherscan, BscScan, PolygonScan, BaseScan, Arbiscan, Snowtrace), Routescan, TronGrid, Blockstream, mempool.space; for Solana, the Solana Foundation's api.mainnet-beta.solana.com endpoint, and for TON, toncenter.com and tonapi.io.
Polygon history goes through our server (from version 1.1.1).
Blockscout stopped answering Polygon history questions without a paid key in October
2026, and the app carries no keys. So when you open a Polygon asset, the app asks
panel.obolium.com, run by Metaverse Trading Ltd, for that address's
transfers, and our server asks Etherscan under our own key. Our server sees
your Polygon address and your IP address; Etherscan sees the address,
asked by our server. Our server keeps the address in memory for at most 30
seconds, so that the same question asked again within that time is answered
once, and never writes it to disk or to a log. Only history is asked
this way; Polygon balances still go straight to the providers above. This one question
cannot be pointed elsewhere in settings: if you would rather it did not reach us, do
not open Polygon asset pages. If you add your own Etherscan key in settings, the app
uses it when our server does not answer.
You can change them. The provider list is visible in settings, editable, and you can point the wallet at your own node. That is not a convenience feature; it is what this section is for.
2. Prices
Prices are asked of a price server run by the publisher of this app
(panel.obolium.com), which reads them from Binance and Kraken. What is
sent is a fixed list of assets, the same for every user. Your addresses and
balances are not sent, only questions of the form “what is Bitcoin
worth”. Our server sees the address of the phone asking; the exchanges see only
our server.
3. Buying with money (optional)
Buying is provided through Sardium (api.sardium.com),
a service operated by Metaverse Trading Ltd, the publisher of this app. When you
start a purchase, the app sends Sardium the receiving wallet address, the
asset and network, the amount and the currency. Sardium passes these, together
with your country and your IP address, to the licensed payment partner
that carries out the purchase (currently Meld, Onramper, Transak or TransFi), which uses them to route
the payment and to prevent fraud. Sardium does not store your IP address.
When you enter an amount and tap See offers, before any purchase starts, the same details (address, asset and network, amount, currency) go to Sardium once more; Sardium reads your country and IP address from your connection and asks the payment partner which providers quote that amount. No purchase record is created at this step; picking a provider from the list starts the purchase described below.
Sardium never holds your coins: the crypto you buy is sent by the payment partner straight to your own wallet address.
The payment itself happens in your system browser, on the partner's pages. It is deliberately not embedded in the app. Your identity documents and card details go to that partner under its own privacy policy; neither the app nor Sardium sees them. After the purchase, the partner tells Sardium the name and email address it verified for the payer; Sardium uses them only to check that the person who paid is the person the purchase was for (fraud prevention) and deletes them after 12 months.
From the moment you start a purchase, Sardium keeps a record of it: the wallet address, amounts, currencies, status and, once the partner reports it, the blockchain transaction reference. The record exists even if you do not complete the payment. These records are kept for as long as our legal and anti-money-laundering record-keeping obligations require (under UK rules, generally five years after the transaction) and are then deleted.
Never open the Buy screen and nothing reaches Sardium.
4. Swaps (optional)
When you type an amount on the Swap screen and ask for a quote, the app asks the providers that swap on that chain, sending your sending and receiving address, the two assets and the amount; to show the best quote, more than one may be asked at once.
- Asked directly: KyberSwap (aggregator-api.kyberswap.com) and Velora (api.paraswap.io) on EVM networks, Jupiter (lite-api.jup.ag) within Solana, Relay (api.relay.link) for a quote on Tron USDT. The addresses, assets, amount and your IP address go to that provider alone.
- Passed through us: cross-chain swaps (Bitcoin, Tron, Solana and TON among them) run through NEAR Intents 1Click, and the app sends those quote and status requests, and the follow-up on a Relay order, to Metaverse Trading Ltd's Sardium service (api.sardium.com). The reason is to keep the secret keys those two providers require out of the app: Sardium adds the key to the same request, forwards it, and hands the answer back unchanged. What travels is the same (addresses, assets, amount; for a follow-up, the deposit address). Sardium does not write the content of these requests to its own logs; like any server, it sees your IP address while answering, and the hosting platform's short-lived access logs may hold the request address (for a follow-up, the deposit address in it). The provider sees the request come from Sardium, not your IP address.
If you confirm a swap, the key on your device signs it and you send it to the chain. In a swap within one network your coins never pass to the provider. In a cross-chain swap they go by an ordinary send to the deposit address the provider gives and stay with the provider until the swap completes (usually a few minutes); the other asset is sent to your receiving address, or, if the swap does not happen, your coins return to your refund address.
Our swap fee is part of the swap transaction and is paid on-chain straight to our address. Because the chain is public, that payment is a record anyone can see, together with your address; no further data is collected for it.
Never open the Swap screen and none of these providers hears anything.
5. Block explorers (optional)
Tapping a transaction opens the relevant explorer (etherscan.io, mempool.space, tronscan.org, solscan.io, tonviewer.com…) in your browser. Do not tap, and it does not open.
6. Reduced fee on Tron, and “Pay the fee in USDT” (optional)
When you send USDT on Tron, the confirmation screen may offer a lower fee than the TRX the network would burn. It works through Metaverse Trading Ltd's price server (panel.obolium.com): our server rents the network resource your transfer needs (energy) from a provider and has it delegated to your address; you pay us the fee on chain. If you do not choose it, none of this happens.
- Reduced fee (in TRX): the app tells our server your sending Tron address and the amount of energy the transfer needs, and after you pay the fee, the fee transaction's id. It does not send the recipient or the amount. If the fee is paid and the resource cannot be provided, the fee is not lost: the same fee transaction is used on the next attempt, and the phone keeps a note of it.
- Pay the fee in USDT: the app gives our server two transactions signed on your device: your transfer and the fee paid to us. Your transfer contains the recipient address and the amount; our server reads them to check the transactions and broadcasts both itself. This information is public on the chain within seconds, but until then it has passed through our server together with your IP address.
On both paths our server tells the provider it rents from (currently Netts or TR.ENERGY) only your sending address, the amount rented and the related transaction id, to identify the order; not the recipient or the amount. Our server never sees your key; it can only broadcast transactions you signed, exactly as they are.
Our records hold transaction ids, the sending address, the fee, what was rented and the status. The recipient and the amount are not kept. On the “Pay the fee in USDT” path the signed transactions are kept only until the order completes (usually seconds, at most a few minutes) and then deleted. The record of an address that received the service without paying its fee is kept to prevent abuse, and that address cannot use this service again.
7. Pairing with a web panel (optional)
When you pair the wallet with a company's payment panel, the panel at the domain shown on the consent screen is given the wallet's public key and the addresses it receives at, signed. The panel can then see payments to those addresses; no private key, signing authority or recovery phrase is given. The answer goes, as you choose, as a QR code, a share, or a link opened in your browser.
The app reads payment requests from the panel (refunds, batch payments) and shows them to you before signing; after sending, the transaction ids may be reported to the panel, again through your browser. The panel's operator is responsible for this information; panel.obolium.com is operated by Metaverse Trading Ltd.
If you never pair with a panel, none of this happens.
Camera
For reading QR codes, only while the scanning screen is open. No image is stored or sent; the decoded text goes to the screen and stays there.
What is stored on the phone
Your wallet, your settings and your saved recipients live in the app's own storage. That storage is excluded from cloud backup: the hardware key that opens the vault cannot travel to a new phone, so a copy that travelled would not open anyway.
Data deletion
OB Wallet has no account to delete. Removing the app removes everything it stored on the phone.
The records we hold are the purchase records described in section 3 (only if you used Buy) and the fee records described in section 6 (only if you used the reduced fee). To ask for them to be deleted:
- Email kyb@
metaversetradingltduk.com with the subject “OB Wallet data deletion request”. - Include the wallet address(es) you bought to. We never learn your name, so the address is the only way to find your records. We may ask you to show that the address is yours.
- We reply within 30 days and delete the records we are not legally required to keep. Anything we must keep (see section 3) is deleted as soon as that obligation ends, and we tell you what was kept and why.
What your payment partner holds (identity, card, payment history) is deleted through that partner.
Children
The app is not directed at anyone under 18.

lira” türünden sorular. Sunucumuz isteği gönderen telefonun IP adresini görür;
borsalar yalnızca sunucumuzu görür.
3. Fiat ile alım (isteğe bağlı)
Satın alma, bu uygulamanın yayıncısı Metaverse Trading Ltd'nin işlettiği
Sardium hizmeti (api.sardium.com) üzerinden sağlanır. Bir alım
başlattığınızda uygulama Sardium'a alıcı cüzdan adresini, varlığı ve ağı, tutarı ve
para birimini gönderir. Sardium bunları, ülkeniz ve IP adresinizle
birlikte alımı gerçekleştiren lisanslı ödeme ortağına (şu an Meld, Onramper, Transak veya TransFi) iletir;
Satın al ekranına hiç girmezseniz Sardium'a hiçbir şey gitmez.
- Doğrudan sorulanlar: KyberSwap (aggregator-api.kyberswap.com) ve Velora (api.paraswap.io) EVM ağlarında, Jupiter (lite-api.jup.ag) Solana içinde, Relay (api.relay.link) Tron USDT teklifinde.
Veri silme
OB Wallet'ta silinecek bir hesap yoktur. Uygulamayı kaldırmak, telefonda sakladığı her şeyi kaldırır.
Bizde duran kayıtlar 3. maddede anlatılan alım kayıtları (yalnızca Satın al'ı kullandıysanız) ve 6. maddede anlatılan ücret kayıtlarıdır (yalnızca indirimli ücreti kullandıysanız). Silinmelerini istemek için:
- kyb@
metaversetradingltduk.com adresine “OB Wallet veri silme talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönderin. - Alım yaptığınız cüzdan adres(ler)ini yazın. Adınızı hiç öğrenmediğimiz için kayıtlarınızı bulmanın tek yolu adrestir. Adresin size ait olduğunu göstermenizi isteyebiliriz.
- 30 gün içinde yanıt verir, saklamakla yükümlü olmadığımız kayıtları sileriz. Saklamak zorunda olduklarımız (3. madde) o yükümlülük biter bitmez silinir; neyin neden saklandığını size bildiririz.
Ödeme ortağınızın tuttukları (kimlik, kart, ödeme geçmişi) o ortak üzerinden silinir.
Çocuklar
Uygulama 18 yaşından küçüklere yönelik değildir.
